Whenever we think we're important and our buttons are about to pop, we should stop and look at ourselves from a more universal perspective.  In this first picture we look pretty good, huh?  Especially when compared to Mars, Mercury and Pluto in the bottom row of this photo.  But, take a gander at the next photo down.

What happened to us?  We threw in a couple of other planets, such as Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune and we've suddenly shrunk.  That's us, first planet in bottom row.  Now, take another look and see what happens when we include the sun. . .

What was it the Psalmist said in Psalm 8:  "When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars that you have established; what are human beings that you are mindful of them, that you care for them?"  Talk about insignificant—and the psalmist didn't have this perspective to work from.
